Safety and feasibility take priority over the desired schedule.

A tour or service may need to be delayed, rerouted, shortened, relocated, substituted, rescheduled, or canceled because of conditions such as:

  • snow or ice;
  • heavy rain or flooding;
  • extreme heat or cold;
  • wind or lightning;
  • wildfire or smoke;
  • poor air quality;
  • road closures;
  • trail closures;
  • park closures;
  • airport disruption;
  • government restrictions;
  • venue closures;
  • other unsafe or inaccessible conditions.

Different decisions may be controlled by BTD Tours, drivers, transportation providers, venues, land managers, parks, vendors, or public authorities.

BTD Tours cannot guarantee weather, road conditions, park access, wildlife, trail access, or uninterrupted operations.
