Weather, roads, wildfire, closures, smoke, and other conditions can require schedule or route changes.

Safety and feasibility take priority over the desired schedule.
A tour or service may need to be delayed, rerouted, shortened, relocated, substituted, rescheduled, or canceled because of conditions such as:
- snow or ice;
- heavy rain or flooding;
- extreme heat or cold;
- wind or lightning;
- wildfire or smoke;
- poor air quality;
- road closures;
- trail closures;
- park closures;
- airport disruption;
- government restrictions;
- venue closures;
- other unsafe or inaccessible conditions.
Different decisions may be controlled by BTD Tours, drivers, transportation providers, venues, land managers, parks, vendors, or public authorities.
