A BTD Tours guided camping trip is designed to provide outdoor immersion with practical planning, interpretation, and on-trip support.

Depending on the confirmed itinerary, a camping program may include:

  • route planning and realistic travel pacing;
  • hosted tent-based camping;
  • light setup and camp-flow support;
  • scenic touring and regional interpretation;
  • simple guest participation in camp tasks;
  • meal planning or preparation when included;
  • driver-guide or step-on guiding;
  • optional stargazing;
  • a mix of campground and hotel nights.

Guided camping is real camping, not resort glamping.

Do not assume that every campground has showers, electricity, developed restrooms, cellular service, campfires, or other amenities. Facilities vary by route and campsite. Fire restrictions, weather, campground seasons, permits, and road conditions may change the plan.

Equipment and meals are included only when the written proposal says they are included.

Before the trip, BTD Tours will need to understand the group's camping experience, comfort expectations, equipment, mobility, dietary needs, ages, and seasonal concerns.
