Yes. When included in the confirmed scope, BTD may support:
- shore-excursion accompaniment;
- destination interpretation;
- excursion timing and group movement;
- Port Meet & Greet;
- manifests and luggage flow;
- communication with ground transportation;
- airport, hotel, port, rail, and excursion transfers;
- hotel-based pre-cruise programs;
- post-cruise sightseeing;
- multi-day land extensions;
- Tour Directing and day-to-day itinerary execution.
The same host may continue with the group from the sailing into the land program when the schedule and written scope allow.
BTD coordinates only the responsibilities assigned in writing. Supplier contracting, transportation ownership, ticketing, and financial authority are not automatically included.
